Elaine joined M Moser in 2011 and played a key role in building the sustainability and wellness design capabilities from the ground up. In addition to creating all guideline materials to support our global teams, her efforts led to the designation of M Moser as China\u2019s first LEED\u00ae Proven Provider\u2122 to provide clients with a streamlined LEED project review process and a quicker path to certification. She has established full service procedures and strengthened our sustainable and wellness design capabilities globally.<\/p>\n
In 2018, her role shifted to Strategy with a focus on consultancy for corporate clients, strategic development for new services and approaches, and the development of new markets. Based out of our Shanghai office, Elaine helps to strategize project direction and design foundations from the beginning of a project process to create a workplace that best supports our clients\u2019 business and, most importantly, their people\u2019s productivity. She strives to promote innovative spaces with a focus on business outcomes and the human experience to provide transformative services.<\/p>\n
